What browser do I need to view Limited Audience content?
There are no special browser requirements to enjoy any of the content on this site, although you might see oddities in browsers that don't support PNG alpha channels. We strongly recommend you use a recent browser, such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Safari.
What format are your videos in and what do I need to play them?
All of our videos are in Windows Media format. You will need a media player capable of decoding such files, like Windows Media Player. If you are having problems playing the files, please download the latest version of the player you are using. Here are some useful links:
- Windows Media Player (Windows users)
- WMV plugin for Quicktime (Apple users)
- MPlayer (Linux users)
I can hear the audio on a video but don't get any picture.
Your media player needs to be upgraded to the latest version. See question above for links.
Whenever I login with my username and password, I get redirected to the homepage!
Your login details have leaked or been "guessed" by a hacker and spread to so-called password sharing sites. Our security system has detected that the logins have been used from multiple computers and suspended the account. Please contact us, and a new password will be sent to you.
Can I prevent this from happening again?
Unfortunately there is no absolute protection against this. Hackers launch dictionary attacks against sites, trying out thousands of combinations of usernames and passwords until they find ones that work. The best protection is the use passwords that are very hard to guess, ie. random combinations of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers. For example:
Good password: dKf82_Y6
Bad password: bondage
What do I get for my money?
All membership includes full and unlimited access to Limited Audience content for the duration of your membership. You may save everything to your computer and keep it after that. The archives hold about 23,000 original bondage pictures, in gallery or photostory format. Three updates a week of between 30 and 60 new pictures on average top up this content and a large range of bondage photo manipulations complement it. Every Friday, one new HD (high definition) video clip goes online. There are currently over 380 video clips in the archives, of which all the ones since the beginning of 2008 are in HD. See the previews for up to date information and samples.
Am I allowed a refund if I don't like the site?
No. The site content is exactly as described in the preview section. Every update comes with a cover picture; all these covers can be viewed here and from a link of the front page. At the time of joining, you should be well aware of what you are paying for. However, you can opt for a monthly recurring membership and cancel at any time if you are still unsure after viewing the preview content.
Is there a circumstance under which I can get a refund?
In the very unlikely event of a technical problems, for example a double debiting, you will get a refund for the erroneous debit. Please note that in the seven years that this site has been online this has never happened. Credit card companies frown heavily on refunds and penalise sites that refund a lot.
Do I lose access immediately when I cancel my membership?
No, your access will be valid for the length of time that you paid for. For example, if you joined on the first of the month (and chose monthly recurring as subscription option), and decided to cancel on the 3rd, you would still have access until the end of the month (because you already paid for a whole month.)
If I cancel now, can I re-join later?
Absolutely. You may cancel and re-join any number of times.
I have lost/misplaced my password!
For all lost passwords, see the Verotel Password Lookup Tool.
Who does the photography for Limited Audience?
All photography on this site is done by Frank Reding. Frank has been doing bondage and fetish photography for just over eight years now. Most photography is done on a Canon EOS 30D, with postwork in Photoshop. HD videos are shot on a Panasonic HDC-SD9 camcorder.
How old is the site?
Limited Audience was created in 2001. It existed as a web home for the online John Willie tribute magazine of the same name for a couple of months before becoming the membership site it is today.
